Short Home Baking
Driven by the huge popularity of our home baking courses and backed by popular demand for
weekend courses for working professionals and people passionately interested in baking ,
IBCA has designed a one day program - Short Home Baking Course for one day. The course
will include daliya bread, variety puff pastry, fruit cookie, Gel Sponge cake, Non-dairy cream,
Tea cake, cup cake and pineapple pastry.

The Training code is for our Official reference and does not relate to any other
terminology
Registration time is specified for all confirmed participation and request them to
abide by the scheduled training dates and prior registrations only, We do not
confirm participation on last minute walk-in to the school.
In-case of changed dates or not able to arrive on the scheduled date after
confirmation you may call on

Only on receiving information (Form Registration) from you shall we take your
registration confirm.
Read the details throughly and choose the scheduled dates of the program.
We need 10 days prior confirmation with registration of filled online or offline
form and the amount in advance to take you as a participant of our program.
We do not confirm you as a participant, unless the above mentioned criteria is
complete.
The scheduled date is liable to change if no prior confirmation is made by
participants.
We request you to get Apron, Duster, Lunch, Book, Pen and box for all the above
mentioned programs. Incase you do not have Apron & Duster you will have to
buy at the school.
Course Fee includes, Material, technical session, take home
products and Certificate on completion
Micro-Bake Course
an innovative One day training program - Micro Baking Program for one day which
encompasses cooking healthy, tasty food in the microwave in your kitchen. The
program covers green bread, short bread variety cookie, quiche Lorraine, chocolate
sponge cake, truffle chocolate cream, Bavarian dessert with fruit cream and
Chocolate Gateaux.
