| Admission Procedure |
All Domestic courses are recommended for amateurs, students and home bakers, for those who want to learn and or enhance on the basis of baking and use the training as a hobby to suit their daily requirements. Commercial training requires a minimum qualification of SSLC or equivalent educational background, knowledge of English (read/write/speak) will be beneficial. Creative training requires inclination towards techniques of art, colour, proportion and foresightedness. The fee structure is designed to include the entire cost of course material, practical and other overhead costs. Few specialized training programs also include CD, posters and educational tools.
