Admission Procedure

    All Domestic courses are recommended for amateurs, students and home bakers, for those who want to learn
    and or enhance on the basis of baking and use the training as a hobby to suit their daily requirements.

    Commercial training requires a minimum qualification of SSLC or equivalent educational background,
    knowledge of English (read/write/speak) will be beneficial.

    Creative training requires inclination towards techniques of art, colour, proportion and foresightedness.

    The fee structure is designed to include the entire cost of course material, practical and other overhead costs.
    Few specialized training programs also include CD, posters and educational tools.

    Conditions and Enrollment procedure:

  • The schedule dates for the respective courses can be obtained by enquiring at the office through telephone or
    mail.
  • Registration can be done by sending the completed application form, a week prior to commencement of the
    respective course, along with a DD drawn in favor of ‘Institute of Baking & Cake Art’, Bangalore.
  • No reimbursement will be made unless informed 2 days before the course commencement.
  • All students/ participants are requested to carry an apron, duster, calculator, book and pen.
  • Institute is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings of the participants.
  • Students/ participants will have to maintain good conduct and discipline in the premises of the institute.
