Institute of Baking has experienced training for last 9 years
The school was established in the year 2000 and has grown to be
a finest training space for bakery & confectionery learning. IBCA
started with only 2 programs Home Baking & Entrepreneurs
Bakers courses, but continued to develop and design many more
for all those interested participation who wanted to learn more.
These courses been specially designed to give technical
knowledge to those aspiring participants for enhancing their skills
in baking. These courses are designed to teach participants both
practically and the technical knowledge with fun and creativity.


IBCA is supported by highly competent instructors with global training and teaching experience. Our skilled Baking Instructors have experience in the Bakery and Confectionery Industry to provide quality training. The Institute has an excellent infrastructure and state of the art equipment to help students learn the latest trends and procedures in the Confectionery and Baking Industry.

A baker, teacher, industry veteran,
entrepreneur, and consultant are the
various roles Mr. Gaur is today to the
Industry. The Institute of Baking & Cake
Art is a standing testimony to his
contribution to the Indian Baking Industry.
Trained over 28,000 individuals in the
industry since 1968. Instrumental in
inspiring young entrepreneurs start and
run bakeries successfully. Some of them
have gained employment out of the
country. These students were from all
25 states of India and 14 different
countries including USA, Canada,
England, Italy, Kenya, South Africa etc.
Provided Technical Consultancy to
establish bakeries at BEL, HAL, NGEF,
Air Force in Bangalore, NIMHANS in
Bangalore, Police Department (Govt. of
Karnataka) and many private brands in
and around the country.
Other achievements include the setting
up of the Bakery Training unit (BTU), the
Science Laboratory for training, teaching
and trial purpose. the commercial Bakery
Plant at University of Agricultural
sciences, Bangalore, Instrumental in
understanding the needs and designing
the first time training modules like the
home baking course, advanced course
in baking for 3 weeks for bakery owners
amongst many others in his stint at the
University. Global know how on the
industry powered by his visits to Japan ,
Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok,
and Taiwan with Govt. of India team in
1990, for establishing International
school of Baking in India.
Mr. Gaur graduated from the American
Institute of Baking, Chicago, USA in early
70’s. Additionally, he masters his bakery
skills with the certification course in
Baking from Gujarat Agricultural
University. Mr. Gaur is a Virgo and
belongs to Ajmer, Rajasthan and takes
pride in having contributed to the
industry in developing the students from
small to the biggest organizations in the
country & across the globe.

offline form and the amount in advance to take you as a participant of our
program.
- We do not confirm you as a participant, unless the above mentioned criteria is complete.
- The scheduled date is liable to change if no prior confirmation is made by participants.
- We request you to get Apron, Duster, Lunch, Book, Pen and box for all the
above mentioned programs. In case you do not have Apron & Duster you will
have to buy at the school.
