Complete Cake Decoration, This module relates to decoration of cakes and
desserts on a commercial platform. The decoration will be a practice on Butter
cream, Chocolate creams & Chocolate decoration, Non-dairy creams, Cake
preparation, gateaux and dessert preparation and most importantly learning to
use creativity.
