Entrepreneurs Bakers Course (EBC) is suggested to all those with lack of time, but
will like to learn the basic classification of baking. The program of 4 weeks will
teach the scratch methods of bakery processes and the different products that
can be made with the classified techniques. IBCA started with this program for
commercial needs, but today has supported more information with extended
programs.
